Shipping and Return Policy
For shipping within the United States we use USPS 2-3day tracked and insured flat-rate shipping boxes. This allows our products to arrive quickly and safely in your hands. We know this costs more than many people are used to seeing, but with the nature of our products we do not want to have candles or tea sitting in warehouses for too long on a hot summer day. We are a small business and this has been the best way that we have found to ensure your package arrives safely and quickly. Generally our packages arrive within 2 days nationwide unless a weekend falls during the shipping time.
When purchasing within the United States expect up to 2-9 days lag-time for us to prepare your shipment and 2-3 business days after shipping for it to arrive. Please contact us with any issues within 7 business days of the item being delivered at Info@foxlingandfae.com
For International shipping:
We currently do not offer international shipping. However, if you would like to contact us at: email@example.com or privately over DM on Instagram and Facebook, we would be happy to figure out the cost of shipping for you and do a special order.
We have made this choice for our business as we prefer to use trackable, short-term shipping options and with the pandemic this isnt available to meet our standards at this time.
We will however take customers on a case by case basis if you contact us directly. Be aware, lowest cost of shipping we have found to the UK, and Europe at this time is around 28$ USD.
To return an item please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process within 7 days of receiving the item. Customers will pay return shipping on the product and it must be returned within 14 days of contacting us and receiving instructions for mailing it back.
If there is an issue with your order please contact us at email@example.com so we can work on fixing the issue. If the item is damaged during shipping please notify us ASAP with photos and details of the damaged item. Since we are a small business, we use USPS tracking and insurance on our packages to cover any mail mishaps.
We do not allow tea to be returned due to it being a food product. However, if there is an issue with the tea we can offer a refund or exchange on a case by case basis.
We take all common forms of credit and debit card through our website.
We also take Venmo or PayPal for local drop-off orders.
For our local markets we take cash or credit card through square.
We take wholesale orders on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@foxlingandfae with "wholesale" in the subject line with the details of what you are wanting and the date you need it by. Please give us 5-10 business days to respond. Wholesale orders take extra time to fill because we source our material specific to you and create the item in bulk. We will talk about the timeframe you need it by when we speak, but please note it will take about 1 month to fill a wholesale order on average.
